Returns and Refunds
You won't get caught with your pants down while wearing anything but the perfect pair. If you feel like your order might not qualify for a return or refund, feel free to reach out to us anyway. We're here to help and make sure you have the best experience possible.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If any products are damaged, defective, or significantly different than described, we will happily refund your purchase, replace the item, or offer store credit for the full purchase amount. You must inform us within 30 days of receiving the item. You may be required to provide photo evidence of your claim.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair, and in original condition with tags attached (ideally with the original clear resealable product bag).
Due to hygiene reasons, personal items such as underwear, bodysuits, swim trunks, and tight swimwear are not eligible for return if worn or used.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns within the United States.

For international orders (outside the USA), only the cost of items purchased is refundable. Any duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Goods Not Received
If your purchase is lost in transit, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Domestic packages (within the United States) can be considered lost in transit if tracking information has not updated in 7 calendar days. International packages can be considered lost in transit if tracking information has not updated in 14 calendar days.
If your order tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement for non-receipt.
If an incorrect shipping address was provided, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund if the package is not delivered.
Sizing Issues
If you received a size different from what you ordered, we will gladly reship the correct size free of charge. If you received the correct size but it does not fit properly, please contact us and we will assist you with an exchange.
Refund Method
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 72 hours after approval.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded or replaced unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different than described.
Cancellations
If you request a cancellation within one hour of placing your order, your order will be refunded in full upon confirmation. After one hour, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed as the order may have already been processed or shipped. Orders in transit cannot be canceled.
